I am tired of it. I cant get past this weight. I am tired of being fat. I am tired of being the right size. I am tired of overeating. This sucks. I have to change.

    Perhaps you should try writing a motivational list. You would list everything that motivates you to lose the weight and then read it each morning when you wake up and night before bed. I have one and it focuses me and reminds me how much I want it and why I want it. Motivation for every one is different…what motivates me may not motivate you. So write a list and read it over and over…also I have statements of encouragement all around my home…to remind me that I am strong, beautiful and capable of anything that I can dream of. Reading these statements encourage me each time I look at them. Do you journal your food? That is another tool that I use daily to keep accountable and lets me see what I am eating and if it is healthy.

    Don’t give up…you can do it. Take a deep breath-we are all here to support you :)

    Congrats! You have taken the first step. Now get a plan, slowly drop bad things out of your diet, and move just a little more each day. Try it, and see how much better you’ll feel, even in one month! Good luck. You can do it!

    People can give you all the support in the world, however only YOU can make the changes. Stop procrastinating and just do it! Your graph looks like you have been on the right track.

    You can do it!! I know you can. I’ve seen you in the past take one day at a time. So…grab my hand and here we gooooooooooooo!!!! :) You’ll get lots of support here and deep down you want to be healthy again too!! So make today a new day, a new start and we’ll all watch as you reach your goals :)
